We inspect surfaces, drainage, and clearances, then mark anchor locations and prepare the foundation.
Sleeve anchors are drilled and installed to manufacturer specs. Side posts are aligned, secured, and sealed with marine-grade caulk.
Panels are clearly labeled (bottom, middle, top) for simple installation. Our team ensures a perfect fit in the track system.
Base joints and seams are sealed with Marine 4000 caulk for watertight protection. All interfaces are checked for continuity.
The system is fully assembled and tested. We confirm panel alignment, locking mechanisms, and watertight seals.

How long does the initial installation take?
The initial installation of the Aqua-Cade™ system typically takes 3–4 hours. This includes mounting the posts and hardware and clearly labeling each panel for easy future deployment.
Do you provide training on deployment?
Yes. We provide hands-on training to ensure you are comfortable and confident in deploying the system. We walk you through the entire process and provide all necessary information for quick, easy setup before a storm.
What kind of maintenance is required?
Minimal. The Aqua-Cade™ system is designed with durable, rust-resistant components. We recommend an annual inspection of seals and hardware to keep the system in top condition.
