Jim McCoy is a procurement specialist, passionate about building resilience where it matters most, in our community. He is a fabricator by trade and spent over 20 years as a Ford Diesel mechanic in Bucks County, PA, fabricating trucks to outfit for specialized business technologies. In 2021, he relocated his company to Florida and not long after that, Hurricane Ian hit.
Not only did his business flood, but his home, rental property and both cars were lost. He lost everything that took decades to build. He then made it my mission to safeguard properties from extreme weather, which led him to Water Gate Systems.
He knew this was where my true passion resided. Jim thrives on a results driven approach and a deep understanding of industry standards, which is just another reason we value his contributions at WGS. He offers a key role in advancing safer, more sustainable coastal protection, so you can sleep soundly at night.
